Facilities at Promenade Peak

The developer’s brochure describes four facility zones at Promenade Peak, with six clubhouses and seven pools of different sizes between them. The largest is the Grand Promenade, across the first storey and Basement 1, where the developer’s site plan numbers 43 spaces in six groups: the arrival with its stairway and reflective pond, the Canopy with a tree-top walk, the Promenade around the 50-metre lap pool, the Alfresco of dining pavilions and lawn games, the Waterscape of spa pools and the Enclave for families.

Higher up, the tower breaks for two sky terraces. The Social Peak on the 22nd storey has hanging gardens, floating hammocks and cabanas; the Wellness Peak on the 43rd has a gymnasium, boxing and cross-training arenas and a revitalising pool. On the roof, the Sky Peak holds an infinity pool, a champagne pool, the Sky Lounge, Club Sky Peak and an observatory, at the top of the tower. The amenities page lists every numbered space.

Promenade Peak from the Ground to the Sky Peak

The developer’s architects describe the facade of Promenade Peak as the glistening surface of water dissolving into pixels, the tower shedding its horizontal lines as it rises until a glass volume seems suspended at the top. Inside that frame the building is stacked in clear layers, with each collection of homes bracketed by a shared terrace, so that every resident has open sky on the way up.

The roof level of the Sky Peak sits at about 229 metres above datum, the developer’s section shows, and the brochure’s 360-degree drone photograph, taken from that height above the site, takes in the river, Orchard Road, the city and the sea. The briefing’s view studies from the 60th storey look south-east to Marina Bay Sands and the city, south to Sentosa and the Southern Ridges, north to Orchard Road and the Botanic Gardens, and west to Dempsey Hill.
