Promenade Peak fills the site where Zion Road and Kim Seng Road meet the south bank of the Singapore River. Across the water to the north are Great World and River Valley; to the east the river runs on to Robertson Quay, Clarke Quay and the city; to the south lie Havelock Road and the Tiong Bahru estate; and to the west the Alexandra Canal and its park connector lead towards Alexandra Road.
The developer’s location map sets the site among the Thomson-East Coast, East-West and North-South Lines, and its table gives travel times: Great World and Havelock MRT stations about four minutes on foot, the Central Expressway about three minutes by car, Orchard Road about five and Marina Bay Sands about eight, as estimates subject to traffic.
